  1. Great to listen to you Kirti. I had a friend, Gita Shah, thousands of years ago, who did architecture at Washington University, St. Louis. She worked in the U.S. for a couple of years and returned to Gujarat to work in urban slum clearance projects (She was an idealist, you see.) Things went wrong, I don’t know quite how or why. If I can find a contact address or e-mail, I shall pass it on to you. Washington University is a great intellectual center. The philosophy department publishes two major journals of philosophy and social theory, TELOS and the New German Critique. It is a lovely city, full of echoes of Mark Twain’s Mississippi river. You will have a great time. Study hard and come back and save our cities. Good Luck.

    1. Things went wrong??? means??? after coming back to India or while in America???

      1. After coming back to India. It had more to do with her personal life than work, which is why I didn’t go into details.

        1. Thanks! It would be great if you could pass on her contact details to me. Always good to connect with alumni.

I am about to give GRE in few days and wanted to apply for MS in Management or Marketing and Sales. Could anyone suggest how effective these courses are as compared to MBA. Also which all universities to apply for them and are best and better. How are NYU Stern and University of Manchester for these courses? Any help will be really appreciated.
