You are not eligible to pursue Masters in Canada unless you have 70% in B.E/B.Tech. Instead, you could go for P.G in Canada..Have a glance at Canadian govt site for SPP colleges..

“NO” what ever the mode of instruction may have been for you in the past couple of years, still you are requested to take up IELTS. But if u are trying up for Countries like UK and Australlia u’ll need not require IELTS [ only if u apply within 2 years of ur graduation ] but then still for VISA they’ll ask your English Proficiency result

Seem fee would be around 5L and u’ll need a total of <16L to complete ur graduation [ tution fees + accommodation ]

Dude Dont think abt canada, you dont meet min requirements of Canadian Universities.. to get admit for masters in canada you shud hav 65% at your bachelors and 6.5+ IELTS no band less than 6… Or Toefl > 92

English Proficiency
I found some rule about English profiency on some university website e.g. Mc Gill university. Please illustrate the following rule and if it is true then, please tell,if this procedure need any certificate from my batchelor’s college.
Rule if one has obtained (or is about to obtain) an undergraduate or graduate degree from a recognized foreign institution where English is the language of instruction
NOTE: I have completed my Batcheler's in Mechnical Engineering from University of Pune in India and there english is the langauge of instruction. Means Teaching, learning, exams etc.all were in english.
Secondly,Please clarify the exemtion rule.

No it is not for French People only… But yes u have to have a descent speaking and writing skill in French…. and may have to give a fluency test for french language to get admission in University de Quebec or Montreal or any other french universities…..However it is wise to learn French because it is the 2nd official language of Canada and specially if u go to Quebec which is a French province….
Canadian top Universities generally specify the Cut Off CGPA for admission as
3 out of 4 scale….. Besides they have cutoff marks for TOEFL which is generally around 90 and above… Certain universities in Canada need GRE score while others doesn't…. For example University of Toronto mentions a Cut off GRE score of around 1200 and a specified score in Analytical Writing section for admission. Again university of British Columbia or Alberta doesn't. MS from top universities in Canada is as good as doing from USA. I am a medical doctor with MBBS form a university in Nigeria and am interested in doing a masters in infectious disease or immunology in a canadian university. I already have some choices.
